I’m from Missouri and to be honest not even a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings where I’m from. I’ve lived here in ft Walton for the last two years and me and my husband visit this location frequently. The staff is always nice ,the food here comes out great, if we do happen to have any issues it always gets taken care of fast. Our recent visit yesterday was nothing short of great. We had a group of 10 upset hungry adults that just waited an hour and a half at a different restaurant with no luck and decided to come to this Buffalo Wild Wings. They had us sat instantly. Our waitress Brooke handled our table like a pro with no stress and super organized. Our orders came out fast and hot. We were in and out faster than we waited for a table at the previous location. Thank you Brooke for being such a wonderful waitress.

I usually would rate this place with 5 stars. I love the different flavors and the price is just ok. It was private enough for the wife and I to feel comfortable and have a reasonable conversation without feeling that someone was eavesdropping. I rated this 4 stars due to my wings being dry and overcooked. I have eaten at this chain in other locations and not had that problem. I haven't had the chance to return.

A Generic Messican
Meagan was our server. She was pretty popular there and I can definitely see why. This young lady busted her butt to get our drinks quickly on a Sunday and if you've ever been there on a football Sunday, you know it's nearly impossible to get drinks within 5 minutes. We got our apps and orders in a timely manner as well. The manager was also running around helping bus tables which you rarely see managers do at other restaurants but yes she bussed and vacuumed.

Their new menu is smaller but nice. The staff are friendly and polite. The food was good. Plenty of televisions to watch the game. Plenty of seating for larger parties. The prices are reasonable

Was greeted right as my boyfriend and I had walked in. Tuesday is set your self at any table and buy wings get seconds (same amount free.) The server wasnt that bad with customer service but could defiently be a little more organized and much more communication because my bf and I did wait quite a bit of time. Ordering a drink was no problem it was the the appetizer and wings that took time to be order and than the wings came before the appetizer. Overall food and environment was wonderful.
